A Must See LIVE Drone Gender Reveal Video & Photoshoot!

On August 18th, Erin & Jake Photography and EJDroneCo headed down to the tide pools in Palos Verdes California for a LIVE gender reveal streaming from our drone, RayRay1. Dressed in stunning white and cream lace dresses, our client Michaela and her four-year-old daughter Esi, hiked down the California cliff side (without getting dirty) for one epic day of shooting!

At 5:00pm sharp, we went live on Michaela’s facebook page for her family, friends, and fans from all over the world, to announce the gender of her baby in style! Jake manually flew RayRay1 for the purpose of this project… we were all equally impressed by his ability to create stunning art and story out of a gender announcement.. all while LIVE on facebook. No editing. Take a look at the gender reveal video below, that is now up on our Youtube page.

After our live drone shoot, we shot photos for about an hour with amazing plumes of pink smoke, crashing waves and soaking pools. Overcast and looming fire skies from local summer fires, led to very stunning unique light. We were VERY happy from the outcome of Michaela’s EPIC gender reveal shoot! Here are a sample of photos from our session!

Unfortunately, Michaela and Esi weren’t so lucky staying clean on the way up! But still good sports and precious as could be! HAHAHAHA  (iPhone Photo!)dirty-mom-dirty-child
